Healthy 100% Whole Wheat Blue Berry Muffins


Healthy 100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour Blue Berry Muffins

The Stuff:
·      2 ½ c. Organic Whole Wheat Flour
·      ¾ c. Organic Wheat Bran
·      ¼ c. Organic Chia Seeds
·      ¼ c. Organic Flax Seed Meal
·      1 tsp. Baking Powder
·      1 tsp. Baking Soda
·      ½ tsp. Sea Salt
·      1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
·      1/3 c. Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil
·      1 c. Organic Agave Nectar
·      1 ½ c. Organic Buttermilk
·      1 ½ c. Frozen Organic Blue Berries
·     (Optional) Sprinkle with Organic Sugar Crystals

How to:
·     Preheat oven to 400*
·     Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
·     Leave the blue berries in separate bowl
·     Mix all the wet ingredients together in a small bowl
·     Mix the wet and dry together and fold in blue berries
·     Prepare muffin tin, spray a large 12 count muffin tin, if you don’t have a large muffin tin use a regular muffin tin with tall muffin liners
·     Fill the cups up evenly, these will be large
·     Put muffins in hot preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes
·     Check with a tooth pick if it comes out clean they are done, if not bake for a few more minutes.
·     Let cool for 5 to 10 min before serving
